Set The Tone for Your Wedding

Are you in the midst of planning your wedding? Trying to figure out the perfect venue, sampling cake, and trying to decide on floral arrangements? While just the thought of making all those decisions can be overwhelming, don’t forget that your wedding invitations are one of the most important elements of the joyous occasion. Invitations set the tone for your big day. With the exception of save the date cards (that not everyone opts for) your invitations are the first visual element your guests receive. They set the tone for your wedding. Have you ever received a wedding invitation, or an invite for any event for that matter, and the design just didn’t motivate you to attend? But what about the invitation that makes you say (out loud), “Wow, this is so beautiful”, or “This invitation is very unique”, or “This invitation is so personal”. You want your guests to have a reaction to receiving your invitation. Instead of just passively reading the invite, you want the invitation to speak to your invited guests. The House of Papier embodies all of the above. We take pride in designing custom, fabulous, and unforgivable invitations. So if you’re in the beginning stages of planning your wedding keep us in mind and allow your invitations to set the tone for your wedding!

Chloes’ Invitations

Johanna and I just completed Baby Shower invitations for my niece Chloe’. The baby shower will take place at the end of May in Los Angeles. This diagonal pocket-fold invitation includes two inserts, one is the invitation itself and the other is the direction and gift registry insert. When I originally started to fill the order the colors were Chocolate and Mint Green because Nicole didn’t know the sex of the baby yet and the shower was scheduled for February. The bun in the oven turned out to be a girl and much to our surprise, Chloe was going to be coming a month earlier than we thought, so we pushed the shower back to May.
